Shipping Policy for 2WB

1. Processing Time:

a. Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

2. Shipping Methods:

a. Domestic Shipping:

• We offer shipping within Ukraine using reliable carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

b. International Shipping:

• We also provide international shipping to various countries with DHL Global Express. The flat fee is 15$. Free shipping on orders over 400$ 

3. Customs and Duties:

a. International Orders:

• For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

4. Shipping Confirmation:

a. Tracking Information:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Returns:

a. Return Period:

• We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery.

b. Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

c. No Restocking Fee:

• We believe in hassle-free returns, and therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns within the 14-day period.

d. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@2wb.shop . Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

6. Refunds:

a. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

b. Refund Timing:

• Please allow at least 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we receive and inspect the returned items.
